Dr. Mohapatra... may be a Doctor or a Surgeon to many but a dear friend to me now. From the very first day our bonding saw a natural progress and we had been to him on so many occasions.
It would be naive on my part to rate his competency but am sure I can say what I perceive when I or my family are in his chamber - IN SAFE HANDS.
